First and foremost we are a trade union organization!We are committed alongside all employees.
But because the employee evolves in his life, he cannot be reduced to his only economic function within the company, we also turn to:young people (who will be future employees),job seekers (who are only unemployed employees),and retirees.In the same way, we cannot content ourselves today with dealing exclusively with the life of the employee in the company.
Indeed, it is necessary to take into account the environment in which it evolves: not only the working conditions in the company but also for example the questions of transport and housing.Beyond wage demands in the company, we cannot ignore the question of purchasing power and tax pressure.In other words, we intend to defend the interests and aspirations of individuals while not forgetting that some of our actions fall within the company or the branch or even at the inter-professional level and often still at the European level.
This means that we are committed to being present on all these levels and with one goal: social progress.
